In 2016-17 I worked with a NY based start-up, aParently, to develop a SaaS platform and mobile app focused on improving parent-teacher-school communication.
We started with a discovery process, performing user research and reviewing competitive products in order to come up with our brand positioning and product opportunity. I wrote the aParently manifesto, assembled a cross-functional team, and then led the team through development and launch, balancing business and development priorities using agile methodologies and tools. I also wrote all promotional and product copy. Additional details on this work — which is no longer live — can be seen here.
