Currently, at PwC, I lead the Client Experience (CX) product portfolio, overseeing a cross-functional team of product and project managers, business analysts, designers, and developers. I built this team from the ground up, coaching and developing them to align around a shared vision while effectively addressing the firm's priorities. Additionally, with PwC’s $1 billion investment in AI, we’ve begun to strategically integrate AI into our products to deliver a smarter experience.
