Over the 3 years I worked with Sequence Health I held 3 different consulting roles. First I worked as a product consultant during the development of their Healthcare CRM/EMR Integration platform. I worked with business stakeholders and design and development teams through the entire project lifecycle (product requirements, architecture, development, feature prioritization, user testing, and QA) to develop and launch Sequence’s SaaS patient management platform. Next, in 2016, I worked as a brand consultant on the company rebrand, refining messaging and transitioning the patient management platform to express the new brand. Following the launch of the product, no support documentation existed, so my next role with Sequence was as a technical writer. In 2017, I started by creating the structure of the Sequence Training Center and wrote all the content, consisting of over 90 articles with supporting graphics. For Sequence Video Library, I wrote 10 video scripts, selected voice talent, and managed the storyboard process through final approval. Writing samples available upon request.
